- Go to “Visitors.”
- Click on “Invites.”
- Click the “Invite New Visitor” button.
- Select the option for a group invite.
- Choose the location.
- From the dropdown menu, select the visitor type:
- “Visitor” for one-time visitor login.
- “Client” for repeated visitor login.
- Select the host.
- Specify the arrival date and time. For clients or contractors, select the repetition type (daily or weekly).
- Enter the visitors’ first and last names.
- Provide valid email addresses for the visitors. They will receive login details and QR codes via email.
- Optionally, add any special notes.
- Input details about each visitor individually to facilitate their sign-in process.
- Click “Add More” to include additional visitor information forms if needed.
- Click “Invite” to complete the invitation process.
