- Go to “Settings.”
- Click on “Configurations.”
- Navigate to “Kiosk Configurations.”
- Click the sliding on/off button beside “Turn on 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) for Admin.”
- Click “Save Changes.”
When activated, the admin will need to enter a code sent via email in addition to their password to access the EVRM admin portal.
