- Organize your employee information in a .csv file with the following order and column headings:
- first_name
- last_name
- role
- mobile_number
- department
- designation
- Go to the “Employee Directory.”
- Click on “Employee.”
- Select “Import Employee.”
- You can upload the maximum number of employees allocated by your acquired plan for each location.
- Ensure the file type is .csv.
- Once the file is prepared, click “Upload File” and select the file.
The employee information will be added instantly. Newly added employees will receive an email containing their employee ID, kiosk sign-in PIN, and employee dashboard credentials.
