- Navigate to “Reports.”
- Click on “Visitor Reports.”
- Choose the desired location.
- Select the specific host.
- Set the starting and ending times for the report.
- Click “Search.”
- Review the sign-in information of every visitor who had an appointment with the selected host within the chosen timeframe.
- Click the green button.
- Choose “Print” to export the report directly as a paper copy or Excel file for download.
