- Go to “Visitors.”
- Click on “Visitor Logs.”
- Select the visitor from the list.
- Click the icon under the action column.
- Choose “Q&A.”
- A popup will display the visitor’s answers to the screening questions.
- The icon under the action column changes color based on the visitor’s screening results:
- Red: Major portion of questions answered incorrectly.
- Orange: One or a minor portion of questions answered incorrectly.
- Green: All questions answered correctly.
- Based on the screening result, decide whether to grant the visitor permission to enter your premises.
